It was so nice to get the mental stimulation going with lovely company and great food.

I went to the Monday First Aid session today at the Dovedale Centre and it was absolutely brilliant.
It was nothing like the first aid session of the past when a St John’s Ambulance person taught you how to tie a sling.
I now feel that if needed I would be confidence enough to even use a defibrillator.
The two instructors were excellent.
