At\u00a0<\/span>Universal Services for Carers in Derby<\/b>, we understand that unpaid caring can take a significant emotional and physical toll. That\u2019s why we offer a variety of\u00a0<\/span>free wellbeing activities and events<\/b>\u2014from gentle indoor and outdoor sessions like\u00a0<\/span>Chair Pilates<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Crafting<\/i>\u00a0to guided mindfulness sessions online\u2014designed to help carers relax, recharge<\/div>\n
and connect with others in similar situations.<\/div>\n

These sessions not only provide a much-needed break, but also help improve overall health and resilience, empowering carers to continue their vital role with renewed strength and support. Some activities are open for you to\u00a0<\/span>bring your Cared For along<\/b>, creating opportunities to make shared memories while easing the strain of planning separate activities whilst other events are for\u00a0<\/span>Carers Only<\/b>.<\/div>\n
